Body Combat-ing

I didn't got much chance to practice this release back in KL that time. Still, I have to say Body Combat is one of my favorite exercise to release stress :)

Guess what I can do now is to start body-combating in UK!

Sun Salutation

Recently addicted to Hot Yoga - practicing Yoga in a hot temperature room.

Basically Sun Salutation is one of the posture of my daily yoga routine. According from what I read on YogaSite, Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) , is a series of 12 postures performed in a single, graceful flow. Each movement is coordinated with the breath. Inhale as you extend or stretch, and exhale as you fold or contract. The Sun Salutation builds strength and increases flexibility.

I have been practicing Hot Yoga for 2 months, and my health condition improves, as I am slowly get rid of various body pains, eg: shoulder pain, back pain, menstrual pain - a severe one etc.

Found this video on youtube. Suggest that this is a good practice for those who would like to release stress.. Enjoy :)
