Meaningful Wesak Day

Last Monday was Wesak day yet I didn’t went worshipping in any temple as I am not that familiar about Klang Valley area.

However, that day turned to be a very meaningful day for me…Some realization I would like to blog here:

Realization 1:

As usual, I went to gym in morning. Despite meeting a very cute instructor in Body Combat class, I had tried my 1st Body Pump class in True Fitness, Jaya 33. I never thought that I can finish all tracks although I was carrying the most 4kg weight. And I realize that at that moment, stamina actually came second, what come first was the Focus and Determination. Same as when I am doing anything, the most

Realization 2:

At night, there was a slight shake in my apartment. And I experienced what is so called: Run for your Life! I am staying in top floor, together with the others, we expel ourselves from the emergency staircase….That night I really learn how to appreciate for being alive

Realization 3:

The next day after Wesak day, I randomly read a blog from a anonymous and sharing you the excerpt I felt meaningful:

“Today while queuing to buy a subway sandwich, there's this man standing in front of me, probably in his mid 40s, very tanned, wearing a Powerman T-Shirt, and young man probably his nephew. While waiting for my turn, i can’t help listening to their conversation. His nephew just doesn’t understand why his uncle at his age wants to make his life so miserable by joining all this triathlon events. I can totally relate to that cause majority of people don’t understand the pleasure of completing a race or triathlon, not to mention about the adrenaline, phhheeww. So to his reply, he said 'We only live once, so make the best out of it, look at the people around you, they're like Rats!! go to work, off from work, get married, make babies, and the best of all, pay their of their debts til they day they die, caused the debt grows bigger and bigger. They're not living life. They're just robot doing their routine that agreeable and acceptable by the society, if we do this (go university, get good career, climb the corporate ladder, get married, make babies, make money, pay bills) then you will be accept by the society and wont get criticized. I chose to live life!!”

In life, sometimes we are being forced to do something we don’t like because we need to survive. However, is it the only reason why you are not living your life. I personally think that it is pretty much depends on how you choose to live your life.

Live your life cool! Live my life cool!!!!
