假结婚－The Proposal

看完了这部电影，没什么特别感觉，故事剧情一般，只是觉得爱情真的可以是一样很奇妙的东西。戏中男女主角认识三年，但是在三天就擦出爱火。

会看这部电影，因为我是 Sandra Bullock 的粉丝。在戏中，没怎样看到她的演技，只是觉得她真的有点老了，但是还是一样的迷人。或许这就是中年女人的吸引力。

如果你周末没事做，不妨轻松一下，观赏这小品。

Sun Salutation

Recently addicted to Hot Yoga - practicing Yoga in a hot temperature room.

Basically Sun Salutation is one of the posture of my daily yoga routine. According from what I read on YogaSite, Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) , is a series of 12 postures performed in a single, graceful flow. Each movement is coordinated with the breath. Inhale as you extend or stretch, and exhale as you fold or contract. The Sun Salutation builds strength and increases flexibility.

I have been practicing Hot Yoga for 2 months, and my health condition improves, as I am slowly get rid of various body pains, eg: shoulder pain, back pain, menstrual pain - a severe one etc.

Found this video on youtube. Suggest that this is a good practice for those who would like to release stress.. Enjoy :)

Weirdo Strawberry & Bee's Ass

Went to Cameron Highland last weekend. I think I have been to Cameron Highland for quite a few time. The most challenging part was the driving journey up to the destination as we had to drive through the curvy road. Guess what, two girls driving up to the hill definitely is not an easy job.

Vege, fruits and roses are definitely cheap there.

It is not easy to take this picture. Coz the bee kept flying here and there...and guess what I caught its ASS. Lol. SO I named this picture as 'Bee's Ass'
