BreakUp recovery in 21 Days



Some say it takes 21 days to create a new habit. I think I read it somewhere but I couldn't remember where.

Well, I believe at some point it applies to relationship too.




Say you broke up with someone, and the new habit that you need to create is to learn how live without your partner. For instance, you may want to totally chop off all communication with your partner. Start applying the 21 Days principal, means that not talking nor thinking of him for the 21 days. Not guarantee anything but it is worth trying I guess.

If on the 22nd day when you wake up, you are no longer having your partner’s face in your mind, means it works. Do share me how you feel if it is!
